Job Description:

The Digital Media Strategist plays a pivotal role in developing and executing digital media strategies and campaigns to drive business outcomes for clients. This encompasses all measurable performance media channels, including programmatic, paid search/social, and relevant digital channels.

This key role is part of the core client team, working alongside account leads to oversee the delivery of an omni-channel product to the client, with all team members responsible for delivering against aligned business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date on digital trends and updates from Facebook and Google.
  • Build and execute Facebook, Search, and programmatic campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with account leads to deliver campaigns.
  • Manage processes and ways of working with client and agency partners.
  • Deliver best-in-class service that builds brands' businesses.
  • Aware of issues facing clients' businesses and adopt proactive strategies to address them.
  • Surprise and delight clients through proactivity.
  • Understand and drive commercial arrangements with all clients.
  • Ensure account queries are rare and resolved quickly with supporting documentation.
  • Train new team members.
