We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to spearhead the development and delivery of end-to-end campaigns that align with our corporate strategy.

This critical role requires a proven track record in technical marketing, creative problem-solving, measurement and reporting, and exceptional stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer experience marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with product owners, technology, and data teams to design and deliver innovative go-to-market campaigns.
  • Support the implementation of customer lifecycle management via digital channels.
  • Develop customer insight-led marketing plans for product suites.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities and performance reporting frameworks.
  • Analyse commercial impact and ROI on customer-facing initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SEM platform and analytics issues.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist in the energy or technology sector.
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills to drive multiple campaign requirements simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of web analytics and attribution, expertise in SEM and marketing technology platforms.
  • Successful campaign development and channel mix execution including reporting and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
