Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns. You will combine analytical thinking with creativity to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across all digital touchpoints.

  • Develop and lead the digital marketing strategy and campaign roadmap to support business growth objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end digital advertising activity across SEM, social media, and retargeting channels, adjusting spend and targeting to maximise ROI.
  • Oversee the development and optimisation of CRM strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, designing journeys based on customer behaviour and engagement.
  • Identify and test new channels, tactics, and platforms to support customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Meta Ad Manager, and Power BI, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
About You

You'll hold a tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or a related discipline, with 10 years + of relevant experience. You should have deep technical knowledge of SEM and paid advertising platforms, as well as proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
