Job Opportunity: Mental Health Specialist
We are seeking a mental health professional to collaborate with clients in developing and implementing organisational strategies and wellbeing programs.
Solutionise complex issues and deliver evidence-based assessments, interventions and solutions that drive positive change and promote organisational performance.
By combining expertise in mental health with commercial and analytic skills, you will have a significant impact on employee wellbeing outcomes across Australian workplaces.
The role will be based in Melbourne.
You will work closely with organisations to review, align and implement strategic initiatives and wellbeing programs.
Experience consulting to organisations in mental health, workplace psychology and HR/OHS is required.
Passion for creating a better work environment and supporting individuals' psychological wellbeing is essential.
Confidence and credibility when communicating organisational strategies, solutions and mental health topics to leaders and teams is necessary.
A qualification in a relevant field and registration with a relevant industry body is desirable.
