About This Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Civil Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for the successful management and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Management of daily survey records, 12d model datasets, and general set out and conformances.
  • Liaising and planning of site survey requirements with project staff.
  • Management of direct reports, including Field Surveyors and Junior Surveyors.
  • Integration with the Design and Construction teams to support on multiple work fronts, for all required survey works, including minor design and drafting as required.
  • Bridges/Structures/Civil Works.
  • Road Construction.
  • Earthworks surveys.
  • Transmission line and Energy Hub Civil works.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of Survey experience. Preferred 10+ years on large civil/infrastructure projects.
  • High level understanding of 12d model, 12d field and 12d Synergy.
  • Management experience of multiple surveyors and field teams.
  • High level with Leica instrumentation TS15/16 and Leica/Trimble GNSS.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise works and work autonomously to deliver the outcomes.
  • Proven commitment to safety, quality and environmental compliance on site.
  • Construction Induction Training (CIT/’White Card’ and current Driver Licence).
