Civil Infrastructure Project Manager

Delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects, you will oversee the planning and implementation of complex road and bridge constructions. Ensuring successful project outcomes from initial planning through to completion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute major civil construction projects
  • Review and advise on all civil construction matters, including design packages
  • Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets
  • Maintain progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to verify work adherence to design and program requirements
  • Evaluate and maintain safety, environmental, and quality compliance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide regular project updates and reports for senior leadership
  • Lead and motivate project teams, including consultants and contractors
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in civil engineering, project management, or related field
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience delivering major civil infrastructure projects
  • Demonstrated expertise in roads, bridges, piled/block foundations
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Project management experience on large, complex infrastructure programs
  • Knowledge of regulatory and environmental compliance requirements
  • Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) desirable
