Civil Infrastructure Project Leadership

As a seasoned project manager, lead and oversee the delivery of civil works within major infrastructure projects. Ensure timely, budget-friendly, and safe project execution while meeting regulatory and environmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the planning, implementation, and delivery of major civil construction projects.
  • Oversee all civil construction matters and design packages, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Coordinate closely with government entities, contractors, and stakeholders to guarantee project success.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring effective allocation and utilization.
  • Monitor progress continuously, identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures to minimize delays or setbacks.
  • Conduct regular site visits and surveillance to verify that works are in line with design and program requirements.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare comprehensive project updates and reports for senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, including consultants and contractors, to foster collaboration and drive results-oriented performance.

A minimum of 10+ years' experience delivering major civil infrastructure projects is required, preferably in roads, bridges, and piled/block foundations. Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and communication is essential for success in this role.
