Datacenter IT Technician Trainee (6 months) Role

Gain hands-on experience with Server and Networking Technology in one of the world's largest data centers. As a Datacenter IT Technician Trainee, you will work independently on some tasks but collaborate with other teams to achieve your goals.

About the Role

You will perform diagnostics and troubleshoot hardware issues, basic level OS and configuration problems. Replace parts and devices as needed, sanitize and destroy storage media. Maintain high system reliability by prioritizing resolution of trouble tickets.

  • Familiarize yourself with DC operations, logistics, security, and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate has knowledge of IT hardware and its configurations, basic troubleshooting experience, and a valid driver's license. A bachelor's degree in IT or relevant discipline is preferred.
