Job Title: Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This is a 6-month contract position that requires strong technical expertise, excellent people skills, and the ability to document procedures.

The successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft infrastructure and endpoint solutions, including Tanium, SCCM, and Azure Update. They will also have knowledge of Microsoft Intune and endpoint policy management, as well as SSO and MFA implementation.

About the Role:
  • Document technical procedures, configurations, and processes.
  • Provide input into developing and refining best practice standards.
  • Assist the team with incident and service request resolution.
  • Support the implementation of new Microsoft-based solutions.

This role involves supporting adoption and optimization of the new environment after recent migration from Google to Microsoft.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with stakeholders and end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Microsoft technologies.
  • Participate in application packaging and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve incidents and service requests.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft infrastructure and endpoint solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Tanium, SCCM, and Azure Update.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint policy management.
  • Knowledge of SSO and MFA implementation.
