About the Role- Deliver mental health support and case coordination services across multiple programs in the community.
- Work collaboratively with clients, staff, and other organisations to promote positive outcomes and wellbeing.
To excel in this position, you will possess:
- Tertiary education, Cert 3 or above in social work, psychology/community services/mental health OR demonstrated equivalent experience and working toward a qualification.
- NSW Driver's license
- Knowledge of mental health issues and their effects on an individual's life.
- Skills in establishing rapport, respectfully communicating expectations, and being assertive.
- Experience relating to and building rapport with people.
- Knowledge of the child protection system and NDIS is advantageous.
- Excellent observation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Working with Children's Check.
- Police Check.
- First Aid Certificate desirable.
