About the Role

Movember is seeking a highly skilled People Experience Coordinator to join our Melbourne-based team. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide tactical support to our People Partners across each market, delivering remarkable employment experiences to all employees.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of HR and administration experience, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively build relationships with all levels of the organisation. You will be responsible for managing HR systems, including employee database, payroll, engagement surveys, and the intranet. Additionally, you will provide support for development and education sessions, coordinate annual staff engagement surveys, and provide regular reporting to ensure accuracy of information.

We are looking for a collaborative and flexible individual who can work as part of a local team and a larger global team, while also working autonomously when required. If you have a passion for HR and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our employees, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tactical support to People Partners across each market
  • Manage HR systems, including employee database, payroll, engagement surveys, and the intranet

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of HR and administration experience
