Lead Performance Consultant

Join Westpac Group as a key member of our internal business performance academy, where you will partner with stakeholders to identify and qualify performance gaps, design and implement performance management strategies, and drive organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and qualify performance gaps
  • Design and implement performance management strategies
  • Drive organisational effectiveness
  • Leverage systems thinking to understand business strategy and analyse performance data
  • Collaborate with capability design, build, and delivery teams to inform solution development
  • Evaluate effectiveness aligned to performance requirements
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of Business Banking, including best practice relationship banking, risk management, customer experience, and leadership practices
  • Practical experience in sales effectiveness or business optimisation
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Education, Training and Development, or a related discipline
  • Desirable experience in learning and development, instructional design, performance consulting, or related roles
  • Strong analytical, financial, consulting, problem-solving, communication, and customer focus skills
  • Knowledge of learning theories and practices, including adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies
