About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Insights Partner to join our team at Downer. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in enhancing performance and driving results across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify areas for performance improvement and develop strategies to drive results.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Design and maintain effective key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure business performance.
  • Develop and implement data-driven insights to support business strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and drive performance improvements.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Finance or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience with technology and analytics tools, including Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Tableau.
  • Excellent data analysis, business intelligence, and data insights reporting skills.
  • Strong business partnering experience and ability to engage with and influence stakeholders.
  • Critical analysis and reporting skills, with high attention to detail and excellent writing skills.
