Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Engineer to collaborate with our design, architecture, and development teams to implement performance tuning solutions for cloud and in-house applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with custom coding in Java, performance tuning tools, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement performance tuning solutions for cloud and in-house applications
  • Develop non-functional requirements for new and old platforms
  • Conduct capacity planning and chaos engineering
  • Lead the design, development, and execution of performance test plans and test cases
  • Oversee the analysis of performance test results to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and data engineering teams to implement performance improvements
  • Develop and maintain automated performance testing scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes and data pipelines
  • Utilize Microsoft Azure PaaS services for performance testing and optimization
  • Work with Cloudera Big Data technologies to assess and enhance performance
  • Manage batch processes and scheduling using Control-M scheduler
  • Provide detailed performance analysis reports and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Mentor and guide team members on performance testing methodologies and best practices
