About the Role

As a Performance Manager at Vero Insurance, you will play a critical role in driving Technology and Operations' executive governance, strategic priorities, and addressing operational and cost challenges. You will support the Executive Office of the Chief Information Officer in building cross-functional muscle and cohesion across Technology and Operations domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support executive governance for Executive Office of the CIO by drafting Board, ELT papers, monitoring Technology and Operations scorecard performance and risks
  • Drive strategic priorities that support the Technology and Operations vision
  • Proactively identify and define new transformational performance/cost opportunities for Technology and Operations
  • Collaborate and 'quarterback' cross-functionally across teams to drive alignment and outcomes
  • Create and tailor presentations to communicate complex technology, operational or financial problems and themes
  • Build financial and analytical models to test hypotheses, measure impact, and develop sound recommendations
Requirements
  • 3+ years in Management Consulting or Product/Corporate Strategy equivalent roles
  • Deep experience in financial management, portfolio, and operational reporting
  • Experience in operational and financial forecasting processes, cost modelling, analysis/analytics
  • Good working knowledge in portfolio project tools and reporting
  • Previous experience working in large corporate project delivery functions
