Job Title: Team Support Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex payroll processing tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize workflow and manage deadlines
  • Provide expert advice on domestic and overseas conditions of service to staff members
  • Brief staff members on pay and conditions matters to ensure understanding
  • Guide and mentor Level 4 team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Experience in payroll processing using HR systems such as PeopleSoft
  • Ability to develop personnel-related solutions and implement effective outcomes
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislative frameworks
