We are seeking an experienced Claims Management Specialist to provide responsive and proactive claims management services for our members. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.
- Provide professional, proactive and efficient customer service & claims management in conjunction with accurate & compliant information.
- Actively display our values by working in a collaborative manner with others, seeking ways to participate in employee engagement initiatives.
- Participate in building and sustaining a high level of performance, accountability collaboration and capability within the team. Identify and raise training and improvement opportunities across the business to assist in reducing future complaints.
About You:
- Experience in insurance claims or pet health or veterinary industry.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to collaborate, work well in a team and have a positive impact on engagement.
- Ability to communicate and listen effectively.
- Ability to problem solve, negotiate & display decision-making skills.
- Developed computer skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to manage varying workloads and pressures.
