**Job Title:** Senior Claims Service Consultant

  • Manage a portfolio of motor claims, including third party repairs and demands in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service with internal and external customers while building professional relationships.
  • Handle a high call volume, ensuring prompt resolution and staying up-to-date on current legislation and its impact on claims management.
  • Make liability decisions on all claims in line with the Australian Road Rules.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include managing a portfolio of motor claims, maintaining a high standard of customer service, handling a high call volume, and making liability decisions on all claims.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of insurance experience is mandatory.
  • Sound knowledge of the Australian Road Rules is required.
  • Experience in handling claims management processes and procedures across various general insurance product lines is essential.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Pays high attention to detail by completing tasks thoroughly and accurately and has the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.

About You:

As a successful candidate, you will have minimum two years of insurance experience, sound knowledge of the Australian Road Rules, and experience in handling claims management processes and procedures.
