
Insurance Claims Manager

We are seeking an experienced claims professional to manage a portfolio of motor claims, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution. This role involves:
- Managing a high volume of claims, including third-party repairs and demands.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service while building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with current legislation and its impact on claims management.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to report on claim progress and potential strategic opportunities.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years' experience in insurance, preferably in claims management.
- Sound knowledge of the Australian Road Rules and relevant legislation.
- Experience handling complex claims processes and procedures across various general insurance product lines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.
