As a Claims Specialist with Crawford & Company, you will play a pivotal role in restoring and enhancing lives, businesses, and communities affected by catastrophic events.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for delivering professional and excellent service when completing on-site and desktop assessments, interacting with customers and clients.
  • Proactive communication of clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes, and claim progress to all stakeholders is essential.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality reports to clients, demonstrating expertise in Loss Adjusting
  • Provide expert communication skills, empathetic nature, great listening skills, and ability to communicate concisely and tailor messaging to intended audience
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to search for root causes and proactively find solutions throughout the claim journey
