Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
- VIC Hospital Paperwork: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring seamless communication with healthcare providers and administrators.
- Immunisations/Vaccinations: You will play a vital role in implementing vaccination protocols and providing education to patients on the importance of immunization.
- Indemnity: You will work closely with our indemnity department to ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Medicare Provider Number: You will be responsible for managing our Medicare provider number, ensuring timely submission of claims and reconciliation of payments.
- CRC: As a CRC specialist, you will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce hospital readmissions.
- Medicare PN: You will be responsible for managing our Medicare participation number, ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements.
- WWCC (if applicable): If required, you will need to obtain and maintain a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Psychiatry or related field.
- Registration as a Medical Practitioner with the relevant state/territory medical board.
- Current VIC Medicare provider number.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
