As a Loss Adjuster at Crawford & Company, you will play a critical part in restoring and enhancing lives, businesses, and communities affected by natural disasters and catastrophic events.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of loss adjusting principles and practices, with experience in assessing damage and determining liability. You will be responsible for managing claims from start to finish, providing expert communication and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities- Assess damage and determine liability for insurance claims
- Manage claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
- Provide expert communication and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless outcomes for clients
- Develop and implement strategies to improve claim outcomes and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims and correspondence
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., risk management, business administration)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in loss adjusting or a related field
- Strong understanding of loss adjusting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus benefits including:
