Forensic Mental Health Researcher

This is a PhD scholarship opportunity at Swinburne University of Technology, funded by the Victorian Institute of Forensic Mental Health (Forensicare). The successful candidate will investigate the efficacy of Forensicare regional forensic mental health teams as they are implemented across the state of Victoria over the coming years.
**About the Scholarship**
The PhD scholarship is available for a highly motivated and competitive candidate enrolled in a PhD program to undertake research that supports the research agenda of the project. The Scholarship will provide the successful applicant with opportunity to be involved in delivering recommendations of the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System.
**About the Role**
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- A Bachelor degree honours and/or a research master's degree in psychological sciences, health sciences, population and global health, and those with relevant industry experience, with a First Class Honours (average grade 80-100) or equivalent.
- Meet the entry requirements for the relevant Higher Degree by Research at Swinburne University of Technology.
- The capacity to work both independently and as part of a team in a collaborative manner.
- Problem solving and organisational capacities with the ability to manage task deadlines.
