About the role

This leadership position forms part of our regional team and plays a key role in delivering our strategy. As continuous improvement is essential for us, you'll be an advocate for change, ensuring customer satisfaction is always top priority. You will support, lead and develop restaurant teams to create positive work experiences and engage customers, meeting area and business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive team engagement through positive leadership and modelling of company values
  • Coach and mentor restaurant managers to deliver strong operational standards, improved sales performance and enhanced restaurant experience
  • Work with the regional general manager to ensure procedures are used and/or developed to support strong performers and manage poor performers
  • Integrate safety processes into restaurants so that safety is always top of mind
  • Align restaurant operation with business goals and strategy to attract more customers into restaurants
  • Effectively manage any restaurant issues including operations, human resources, marketing and/or supply chain purchasing within the area

We're looking for someone who is customer service obsessed and has experience as a Restaurant Manager/Manager with On or Above Target results. You should be self-motivated, a natural leader who loves to identify/develop talent, inspire, motivate, empower and implement change. A strong knowledge of multi-site operations is also essential.
