Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Leadership Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, inspiring teams and fostering a positive culture. They will be responsible for leading 18 stores, with 18 store leaders, 36 assistant store leaders and over 350 team members.

This role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership skills and the ability to adapt and lead teams through change. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on collaboration, stakeholder engagement and developing talent pipelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the delivery of our business strategy with the State Leadership team
  • Lead and inspire your team, fostering a great culture
  • Analyse key metrics, including customer and team feedback, and provide coaching for each store to achieve Area and state goals
  • Develop talent pipelines and future leaders by providing regular feedback, creating meaningful development plans and ensuring succession and ongoing capability is maintained
