Lead Regional Manager Opportunity

This leadership role offers the chance to shape the future of retail and drive operational efficiency across a portfolio of stores in one of our regions.

You will be responsible for leading multiple store locations, inspiring excellence in every aspect of your role, and fostering personal and team growth through reflection and continuous improvement.

  1. A proven track record of leadership experience in customer-facing environments, with strong interpersonal skills.
  2. The ability to relocate and/or travel between a portfolio of stores across one of our regions.
  3. A proactive approach to feedback, with a focus on developing yourself and your team.
  4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to inform, inspire, motivate and influence others to drive team success.
  5. An inclusive collaboration style, with the ability to consult, resolve conflict as it arises and appreciate alternative perspectives and opinions.
  6. The capacity to make informed decisions, execute efficiently and take responsibility for results.
  7. A change catalyst who can navigate change with enthusiasm, look for improvements and effectively support team members to implement changes.
  8. A bachelor's or master's degree (any discipline).
