Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced hospitality leader to join our team in Regional Victoria. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of venues across the region, driving growth, elevating customer experience, and building high-performing teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Venue Growth - Partner with Venue Managers to deliver like-for-like sales growth, shape quarterly sales strategies, and ensure menu innovation and product performance.
  • Customer Experience - Champion exceptional service, embed best-practice SOPs, and audit venues monthly to maintain a 4.5+ star rating.
  • Leadership & People - Coach, mentor, and develop Venue Managers, with a strong focus on progression through our Advance programs.
  • Safety & Compliance - Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance targets are achieved across your patch.
  • Hands-On Engagement - Be on the ground with your teams, working at least 2 operational shifts per week to support, guide, and lead by example.
