Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our Large Customer Sales (LCS) team at Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results and significantly contributing to revenue growth, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PPT. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering against complex advertiser goals and problems, leveraging Amazon's proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed revenue targets
- Manage and deliver against complex advertiser goals and problems, leveraging Amazon's proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve results
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience in a client-facing role including but not limited to sales, digital marketing, media agency, etc.
- Proven track record of delivering results (including revenue targets) and significantly contributing to revenue growth
- Media planning & brand planning capabilities
- Success in optimizing products and services based on client needs
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PPT
- Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally
