What You'll Do

As our Revenue Growth Strategist, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through our quote-to-cash process. This involves analyzing data and identifying opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive change.

You will work closely with the sales team, DealDesk, and other stakeholders to ensure that our quote-to-cash process is aligned with business goals and objectives. Your expertise in subscription billing processes, invoicing, and collections strategies in a public company environment is essential, as well as experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

You will also be responsible for managing month-end close related activities for Accounts Receivable, processing customer payments, refunds, credit memos, and chargebacks, and supporting internal ticketing requests.
