Job Description

The Revenue Growth Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Generating new business leads through cold calling and social media outreach
  • Effectively communicating the value and benefits of the work, health and safety and occupational health products to clients
  • Maintaining high client satisfaction through exceptional sales service
  • Identifying and engaging with potential clients in high-risk industries
  • Utilising CRM software to track outreach efforts, follow-ups, and sales activities
  • Staying up-to-date with new products/services and pricing/payment plans

Key Accountabilities

The Revenue Growth Consultant will:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

The Revenue Growth Consultant should possess:

  • A strong understanding of WHS, workers compensation, occupational health or injury prevention principles
  • Prior experience in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Experience in outbound sales, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
  • A drive for results and leadership skills
  • High resilience and a positive attitude
