Online Partner Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Online Partner Development Manager to lead our ecommerce strategy.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a brand that is committed to original thinking and is changing the hair care game with clean, high-performance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to build strong relationships with leading eRetailers.
  • Partner with our agency to drive marketplace presence and optimize sell in and sell out stock on hand.
  • Monitor performance, trends, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and digital teams to ensure product information, pricing, and offers are current and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Ecommerce.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or partnership management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts - UX, customer acquisition, lifecycle management, SEO, PPC, social, email, web analytics, and logistics management.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and platforms like Amazon, Google Analytics, and AdWords.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and partners at once.
  • Strong analytical skills - confident pulling data and turning it into insights.
