Ecommerce Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our ecommerce strategy, drive sales through direct management of the website and CRM. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering business objectives, improving user experience and increasing conversion rates.

Key areas include:

  • Leverage data insights to inform website updates and initiatives that enhance UX and boost KPIs
  • Collaborate with external agencies to develop project roadmaps for online enhancements
  • Drive trading strategies to meet sales targets in line with promotional and campaign plans
  • Analyze and report on sales, website metrics to share with stakeholders
  • Support the marketing team in executing optimized landing pages for digital, branding, and SEO
  • Oversee the marketing automation platform, including building EDMs, flows, segmentations, and annual target achievement
  • Collaborate with ecommerce team members to ensure product enrichment, inventory, and content uploads

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Commercial acumen with a proactive attitude
  • Experience using Shopify plus and Klaviyo or similar platforms
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar ecommerce leadership role
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills
  • Evidence of delivering strong web traffic growth for an online retailer, ideally in a luxury or lifestyle sector (fashion/beauty advantageous)
