**Operations Manager Position Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead our operations at the Matraville Depot, handling all TNT products with a focus on domestic priority and international freight. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving operational excellence through managing and controlling depot aspects
  • Developing and influencing positive team outcomes to maximise customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and team productivity
  • Analysing day-to-day results in the depot operations and taking action to meet depot targets for service quality, loss and damage reduction, at optimum costs

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years relevant experience in an operations environment
  • Knowledge of optimisation processes
  • Good knowledge of operations processes and related technology
  • Proven track record of continuous improvement
  • Ability to realise concepts in a can-do mentality
