About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Integrated Project Services (IPS). As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to project managers and regional leaders.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain databases, filing systems, logs, and reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support travel organization, expense management, and contract preparation.
  • Participate in project meetings, document protocols, and track action items.
  • Represent the company in client interactions and demonstrate fiscal responsibility.
  • Organize office events and handle timesheets, expense reports, and general ordering.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of general business or administrative experience, preferably in an Engineering, Architectural, or Pharmaceutical setting.
  • Proficiency with Adobe/Acrobat and Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
