The role of Property Manager is an exciting opportunity for individuals to step into a fast-paced, high-performing environment where you'll support senior property managers in the day-to-day management of landmark commercial assets.
This position involves working with client portfolios, coding invoices, and financial accounting, as well as raising purchase orders and undertaking fixed and CPI rent reviews. You will also be responsible for lease maintenance, monitoring defects, and building strong relationships with tenants, clients, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:- Support senior property managers with day-to-day activities associated with managing client portfolios.
- Coding of invoices, and financial accounting including accounts payable, receivable, and budgeting.
- Raising Purchase Orders as required.
- Arrears Management.
- Raising Sundry charges as required.
- Undertake fixed, CPI and assist with market rent reviews.
- Lease maintenance to ensure information is up to date and correct.
- Monitoring and following up on any defects and ongoing maintenance of your portfolio, assigning works, and ensuring work orders are completed and actioned accordingly.
- Hold a valid and current Agents Representative/Certificate of Registration (essential).
- Possess competent skills in utilising the MS Office Suite.
- Hold strong analytical skills in conjunction with high attention to detail.
- Possess strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Be a confident communicator with a demonstrated ability to engage within a team.
