Job Title: Supply Chain Systems Administrator

Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Systems Administrator. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development of supply chain systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration with our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other key facilities of our supply chain network.

  • This includes supporting system and process development to optimize supply chain capability, maintaining and controlling Standard Operating Procedure documentation, and monitoring and addressing system performance through the collation of metrics from operational resources.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WMS capability and support experience, as well as excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills.
  • Evidence of strong problem-solving and analytical skills is also essential, along with a passion for technology and systems and an interest in continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain and control Standard Operating Procedure documentation and other administrative requirements
  • Monitor and address system performance through the collation of metrics from operational resources
  • Perform configuration and troubleshooting tasks on the WMS system
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process and system improvement
