Job Description

We are on a mission to expand our hospitality operations and provide customers with exceptional experiences every time.

This role is ideal for passionate individuals eager to excel in the service industry. We are seeking new staff to join us at multiple venues across Brisbane CBD, Fortitude Valley, Hamilton, and West End.

Our diverse range of cuisines includes Australian Steakhouse, seafood, Greek, Italian, and Latin cuisines. Our goal is to deliver outstanding customer service and quality food and drinks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as part of the Food and Beverage team to foster a culture of superior customer service
  • Supervise line staff, with a good understanding of all operational areas within the venue
  • Manage and oversee daily venue operations
  • Train and supervise bar and wait staff to ensure high product knowledge and exceptional service
  • Maintain cleanliness standards in the work area
  • Read, modify, and manage staff rosters as needed
  • Handle cash, perform till reconciliation, and manage opening and closing procedures
  • Control stock levels and inventory
Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a high-volume service role
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Exceptional personal presentation and hygiene
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Current RSA and relevant qualifications
