Food Services are looking for several Food Service Officer's to join their team. Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.

About The Role

• Actively participate as a team in the day-to-day food preparation or Retail Outlet activities of the food services department, as per the par level systems provided, the assembly and distribution of meals and menu items and functions, also including receipt and storage of goods, Cash handling duties.
• Maintain work areas to the required standards of food safety, cleanliness, and state of repair in accordance with the Food Safety Legislation, Food Service Standards and Workplace Health and Safety requirements including workplace equity and anti-discrimination.
