Job Title: Food and Beverage Team Leader

A dynamic leader is needed to join our team as a Food and Beverage Team Leader. This role will be responsible for leading and motivating the F&B team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

  • The successful candidate will have experience in a Team Leader role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

We are seeking a motivated and driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a valid Australian RSA and previous experience in a hotel environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
  • Supervise daily operations across the restaurant, bar, and conferencing events
  • Allocate and monitor team tasks to ensure efficiency and smooth service flow
  • Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and friendly service
  • Promote Accor service culture (Heartist) and create memorable experiences for our guests

Qualifications:

  • Valid Australian RSA
  • Experience in a Team Leader role up to 2+ years
  • Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred but not necessary
