The Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage leader to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating outstanding employment experiences for our Food and Beverage team members, leading by example, and championing our guiding principles.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a positive work environment and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Providing warm and genuine service experiences that encourage guest return.
  • Responding to requests and concerns professionally and coaching the team accordingly.
  • Providing on-the-job coaching and training to the Food & Drink guides.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:

  • Significant experience in premium restaurant, bar, conference, and events environments.
  • A passion for high-quality service in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience leading a high-performing team.
  • A passion for developing others.
  • Great attention to detail and anticipation of guest needs.
  • Knowledge of service sequences, conference and events operations, and product knowledge.
  • Willingness to undertake ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A confident, engaging, guest-focused personality.
  • Valid Queensland RSA certification.
  • Availability across various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
