We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Engagement Coordinator to play a key role in developing and maintaining effective partnerships across multiple employment services areas.

About the Role

  • Developing and maintaining effective partnerships with disability services, RTOs, TAFEs, schools and other community groups to support growth and enhanced servicing.
  • Establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships to increase commenced caseloads through relationship building in the community.
  • Collaborating with external partners and internal teams to ensure participant needs are addressed.
  • Representing the organization at industry events, market days and showcases, promoting Employment Plus services.
  • Generating monthly reports on community development and employment services areas profiles, highlighting partnerships within the Partner Portal.
  • Supporting employers on adopting disability employment practices.

About You

  • Experience in employment services, with knowledge of disabilities and the disability support sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and ability to manage competing demands.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven project management skills, self-motivated and autonomous with strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Attention to detail, high standards of professionalism and customer service excellence, with a valid driver's license for regional travel.
