About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and creative individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Specialist. As the face of our local area, you will be responsible for creating partnerships, running events, and spreading awareness in a fun and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Represent us at local events, share our philosophy, and build meaningful connections with families and local businesses.
  • Plan and Run Events: Plan and run community activations like school fetes and shopping centre pop-ups, organise event setups, and gather leads and event success data.
  • Building Partnerships: Develop ongoing relationships with kindergartens, schools, and local businesses, and seek out collaboration opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A Blue Card (working with children check).
  • A big personality and a knack for bringing people together.
  • Event planning or community engagement experience is a bonus but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in your community.
