As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of personnel, suppliers, and resources to ensure efficient and profitable delivery of surfacing works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage personnel, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with company standards and processes.
  • Operational Management: Monitor operational requirements and effectively manage resources to ensure work is delivered efficiently and on time.
  • Client Relationships: Communicate with clients to secure work opportunities, maintain positive relationships, and remain informed regarding local market conditions.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, works programs, and resourcing to ensure efficient and profitable delivery.
  • Advice and Guidance: Provide advice on tenders and work opportunities, including resourcing, productivities, supplier details, and site information.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or similar.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in the Surfacing industry is essential, with previous experience in Estimating, Tendering, Contract Supervision, or Project Management highly regarded.
  • Skills: Valid Driver's Licence, ability to travel as required, and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
