About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage engineering aspects of infrastructure projects from design through to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction, meeting quality standards and budget requirements.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and plans, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project milestones, budgets and quality standards, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical issues as they arise, providing expert advice and guidance to project stakeholders.
  • Assist in procurement, contractor management and project documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant Australian Standards and safety regulations.
What We're Looking For
  • Degree-qualified in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with a strong understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycle.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering design or project delivery, preferably within infrastructure or critical facilities (e.g. data centres, healthcare, utilities or defence).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Working knowledge of relevant software and design tools (AutoCAD) and full working rights in Australia.
