Strategic Enterprise Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across ANZ.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans with a strategic approach to customer engagement.
- Identify and acquire new customers while upselling and cross-selling to the existing customer base.
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to drive sales cycles and contract negotiations.
- Build and sustain a robust pipeline for the assigned territory or segment.
- Drive customer success by deeply understanding their business needs.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of successful sales experience in SaaS enterprise software.
- Expertise in managing complex sales cycles within a matrixed organization.
- A track record of exceeding quotas, selling to senior decision-makers, with a good network of existing senior executive contacts within enterprises in the respective territory and accounts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to create compelling proposals.
- Experience working with global and local partners and resellers to optimize customer engagement and maximize revenue in assigned accounts.
