This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers as a Strategic Account Growth Specialist. Based in Rydalmere, NSW, you'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and maximise customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
- Develop strategic account plans to meet and exceed customer objectives
- Liaise with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery of products and services
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
- Provide regular updates and reports on account performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns and promotions
- Represent at key customer meetings and industry events
- Proven track record in account management or similar roles, ideally in sales or manufacturing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building trusted relationships
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
- Technical aptitude and ability to work autonomously
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field desirable
