Portfolio Leasing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Portfolio Leasing Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing restaurant leases across all three brands.

Reporting directly to the National Leasing Manager, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders to optimize and ensure timely delivery on lease renewals and other related leasing matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to better understand market trends.
  • Prepare and manage reports regarding renewal status.
  • Negotiate Lease renewals for various formats, including Drive Thru, Foodcourt, and Shopfronts.
  • Engage with brand teams, franchise partners, legal teams, and suppliers, as well as Landlords/agents.
  • Oversee the submission of property Board Approval documents.
  • Review and interpret Leases, ensuring compliance with Lessee and Lessor responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leasing and portfolio management, particularly in negotiation and regulatory knowledge.
  • Extensive knowledge of leasing statutory requirements and established end-to-end leasing management experience.
  • Experience in stakeholder management across multiple brands, individuals, and functions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with conflict management and resolution expertise.
  • Strong planning and adaptability skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Prior experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Franchise Network leasing is highly advantageous.
