The Job

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert spa treatments to guests, tailoring each experience to meet their individual needs.
  • Conduct thorough consultations to analyze client concerns and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Promote a positive guest journey through self-motivation and discipline.
  • Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance industry knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate expertise as a Spa Therapist in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Display a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of guest service.
  • Prior experience working with a spa booking system is advantageous.
  • Show flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Maintain valid Australian Working Rights.
