We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Luxury Day Spa Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere from the moment guests arrive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
- Provide information about our spa services, packages, and amenities to assist guests in making informed choices.
- Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of our spa facilities and staff.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, providing accurate and personalised information.
- Maintain a well-organised reception area, including managing the flow of guests, monitoring waiting times, and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records, including cash handling and reconciliation.
- Uphold and enforce spa policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring and restocking spa products and supplies.
- Actively promote spa services, packages, and promotions to encourage guest retention and attract new customers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury spa or hospitality environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and provide personalized service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with spa management software and booking systems.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to upholding high standards of personal grooming and hygiene.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as spa services are often in demand during those times.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness practices, and beauty products is an advantage.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, ensuring efficient resolution of guest concerns.

**Salary**: From $21.34 per hour

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
