As the primary point of contact for esteemed clientele, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere from the moment guests arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
  • Provide information about our spa services, packages, and amenities to assist guests in making informed choices.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of our spa facilities and staff.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, providing accurate and personalized information.
  • Maintain a well-organized reception area, including managing the flow of guests, monitoring waiting times, and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records, including cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Uphold and enforce spa policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
  • Assist with inventory management, including monitoring and restocking spa products and supplies.
  • Actively promote spa services, packages, and promotions to encourage guest retention and attract new customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury spa or hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and provide personalized service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with spa management software and booking systems.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to upholding high standards of personal grooming and hygiene.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as spa services are often in demand during those times.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness practices, and beauty products is an advantage.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, ensuring efficient resolution of guest concerns.
